Pet of the Week: Callie, a quiet calico lady seeking her BFF

Meet Callie, your future gal pal who likes to have her hair brushed while watching “Bachelor in Paradise.”

Here’s what Callie’s friends at 4Paw Rescue Team had to say about her:

Callie is a beautiful calico kitty girl who is like a best friend you can sit with quietly, saying nothing at all but just enjoying each other’s company.

Callie has a beautiful soft coat and enjoys quiet moments. She likes head rubs and being brushed. Did you know that some cultures believe calico cats bring good luck? Maybe with enough head rubs, this girl could grant a wish!

Callie enjoys the company of other cats, especially her best friend Marco, with whom she was rescued. She is laid back and not picky when it comes to her friends, just as long as they like to share a dinner together. Her favorite time is when it is time for wet food.

Callie is still learning to play with toys and explore new things, but she is very happy to be living the life of an indoor kitty now. She hopes to find an ideal adopter and settle into her forever home soon. This sweet girl is ready to be your BFF.

Callie’s estimated birthdate is July 2020. She is spayed, is current on vaccinations, has tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia, and is microchipped. Email [email protected] for more information.

Is Callie your perfect companion for a girls’ night in?
