Live, laugh, learn: Scroll-worthy study spaces for sale today

The 2021-22 school year has officially begun! After the last 1.5 years dealing with virtual learning, cancelled school days, kid-sized masks, too much Zoom, gallons of hand sanitizer, and maybe some grey hairs and/or hair-pulling, I think we all deserve some scroll-worthy study spaces to distract us from our homework.

Here are libraries, study nooks and kitchen islands/tables that will make this school year more enjoyable — no matter what curveballs we face this fall:

507 Arnon Lake Drive, Great Falls, VA 22066, listed for $3,250,000. At home library? Yes, please.

210 N. Fairfax Street, Alexandria, VA 22314, listed for $1,610,000. Study snacks, anyone?

5128 Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA 22312, listed for $599,000. No school year is complete without a chalkboard. Why not have it in your kitchen?

7824 Ridgewood Drive, Annandale, VA 22003, listed for $1,414,900. Find plenty of room to spread out and study in this 4685-square-foot new build.

1728 N. Rhodes Street #5-277, Arlington, VA 22201, listed for $294,990. How about reading a good book in this competitively priced condo?

444 W. Broad Street #605, Falls Church, VA 22046, listed for $615,000. Let there be light — and good grades!

1044 Manning Street, Great Falls, VA 22066, listed for $3,125,000. Feeling ready for the school year means you are set up for kids of all ages.

637 Innsbruck Avenue, Great Falls, VA 22066, listed for $5,500,000. Study spaces galore… and nine garage bays in case you wanted some hands-on learning.

1437 Cedar Avenue, McLean, VA 22101, listed for $2,485,000. This contemporary home may only sit on 0.17 acres, but it gives you plenty of options for learning at home.
