Just reduced properties in the Tysons area (Aug. 6, 2021)

The real estate market is hot right now — so hot that some homes are selling for over asking price. But that doesn’t mean we aren’t seeing some price reductions.

  Reduced: $49,000
  Now: $1,350,000
• 453 Orchard Street NW, Vienna
  4 BD/3.5 BA single-family home
  Reduced: $50,000
  Now: $939,900
• 8714 Westwood Drive, Vienna
  4 BD/2.5 BA single-family home
  Reduced: $25,000
  Now: $875,000
