Just reduced properties: July 7, 2021

The real estate market is hot right now — so hot that many homes are selling over asking price. But that doesn’t mean we aren’t seeing price reductions on properties.

  Now: $1,150,000
• 1725 Larkmeade Drive, Vienna
  5 BD/3.5 BA single-family home
  Reduced: $19,999
  Now: $905,000
• 1650 Silver Hill Drive #1003, McLean
  1 BD/1.5 BA condo
  Reduced: $10,000
  Now: $729,000
• 8360 Greensboro Drive #111, McLean
  2 BD/2 BA condo
  Reduced: $9,000
  Now: $419,000
