Feral Cat Colony Reported to Vienna Police — “A resident reported she has been trying to “Trap-Neuter-Return,” the feral cat colony in her neighborhood. TNR, is a program where feral cats are humanely trapped, sterilized, vaccinated, and given necessary veterinary care, then returned to their outdoor homes. Osprey Rescued at Lorton Park — “Grateful to Animal Protection Police officers, @ffxfirerescue and @FairfaxCountyPD for their work to safely rescue an osprey stuck in a tree at Laurel Hill Park.
