In the past month, nearly 120 homes were sold across Tysons, Vienna and McLean in the past month, according to data from Homesnap. That’s down slightly from last month’s 140 sales.
Now, let’s look at some of the most expensive homes that sold in the area in September:

- 7301 Dulany Drive, McLean — 7 BD/8.5+ BA single-family home — $5,300,000
- 1870 Virginia Avenue, McLean — 6 BD/5.5 BA single-family home — $3,875,000
- 5914 Woodley Road, McLean — 6 BD/6 BA single-family home — $3,700,000
- 1464 Waggaman Circle, McLean — 6 BD/7.5 BA single-family home — $3,450,000
- 8103 Spring Hill Farm Drive, McLean — 5 BD/5.5+ BA single-family home — $3,400,000
