The real estate market is hot right now — so hot that many homes are selling over asking price. But that doesn’t mean we aren’t seeing price reductions on properties.

Reduced: $10,000
Now: $729,000 - 8360 Greensboro Drive #111, McLean
2 BD/2 BA condo
Reduced: $9,000
Now: $419,000
