NVHomes landmark condominium building welcomes first residents

The first development project to reach completion in the Highland District, The Bexley, is a new residential condominium building.

Located only steps from Tysons’ Wegmans and the Silver Line Metro, The Bexley features 111 luxury residences, a private resident courtyard, secure garage parking, concierge services, a fitness center and many other on-site amenities.

Move-ins have begun, and a limited number of 2- and 3-bedroom homes remain available for sale.

Residents will soon enjoy access to Fairfax County’s new pedestrian bridge connecting Old Meadow Road to the numerous destinations at Tysons Corner Center, such as dining, theater, shops and hotels. Walkability is key for Bexley owners, and hot spots like McLean Sport & Health are only a short stroll away.

NVHomes welcomes potential buyers to tour three decorated models during private appointments, which can be reserved online. Prices range from the mid $700s to $1 million+. Private garage parking, secure storage and immediate move-in are available.

You can also check out the property on YouTube.

The Bexley is a partnership between NVHomes, architect KTGY and locally-owned Eichberg Construction.
