Are you sick of seeing teardowns in Vienna? Interested in a detached home but don’t have the budget for a new construction home?

There have been quite a few great detached homes in the Town of Vienna reduced in price recently. Lots in the Town of Vienna have sold for as much as $1M. Large homes are being built on these lots and I’ve heard many people say that the town just isn’t affordable any longer.

This week’s feature is the second great house I’ve seen in the past few weeks that would make a great home for someone looking in the $1M range. I’ve seen homes like this one get torn down for a new custom build. This beautiful Dutch Colonial backs to the golf course and is walkable to Westwood Country Club and all that the Town of Vienna has to offer.

Have you noticed the construction on Maple Avenue recently? Yep, that’s our new sidewalk to Tysons Corner! Check out this home on East Street and consider a great home in a great location over a bigger home farther out.

313 East Street NE Vienna (Reduced $10,000)
